Login to Manulmail

You can log into Manulmail on your computer or in the mobile app on your phone or tablet. After logging into your account, you can work with mail.

 


How to sign in to account

  1. On your computer, open the login page for your Manulmail mailbox;

  2. Enter your email address or username and password in the prescriptive input fields;

  3. After checking the validity of the entered data, authentication will take place in your mailbox.

 

Advice. You can also access the login page from the home page of the manulmail.com website. To do this, click on the active "Login" button in the upper right corner of the page.

 

Supported browsers

Manulmail can be opened in popular browsers: Chrome, Opera, Firefox and Safari.

 


Manulmail and compatible browsers

Manulmail works best on the last two versions of the following browsers

  • Google Chrome. For optimal Manulmail performance and security, update Chrome to the latest version;

  • Firefox;

  • Safari;

  • Microsoft Edge

 

Advice. Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled in all browsers.

 

Change or reset your password

Manulmail follows security policies when creating an account. This is evidenced by the password validation system during registration. Also during registration, the user is offered, at his discretion, the provision of an additional mailbox for subsequent password recovery.

 

Note. If an additional mailbox was not provided during registration, it is impossible to restore access to the account by standard methods. For additional questions, please contact the Manulmail technical support

 


How to change password

Changing the password is possible only for registered users, subject to passed authentication. To change your password:

  • Sign in to your account;

  • Expand the side menu on the left side of the page, then click on the "Options" button; ;

  • Then, in the main menu that opens, go to the “Password” item;

  • Set a new password;


Advice. To keep your information safe, it is very important to set a strong password.

 

Side control menu

Sidebar Control Manulmail is the main mailbox navigation bar, which is on the left side of the page.

 


What features are available in the side menu of Manulmail?

The following active buttons are available in the menu:

  • - Post office. The main segment of work with a mailbox. Includes additional mail and message control units;

  • - Contacts. The segment that is responsible for managing the address book of the mail account;

  • - Parameters. The item responsible for the global and personal settings of the mailbox and account;

  • - Help. The reference material that invokes this support window.

 

Advice. By default, the panel is minimized, but you can activate it by clicking on the corresponding arrow button on the left side of the page.

 

Changing Manulmail Settings

You can add a signature, customize notifications, and change many other mail settings.

 


User interface

By pressing the button- Options in the side menu of the mailbox, you will be taken to the environment of fine settings for the Manulmail account.

Through the Settings → ser interface options, you will be taken to the environment of the main settings, in which the following are available:

  • Language settings;

  • Time zone;

  • Time / date format;

  • Visual conversion of dates;

  • Auto update options.

Through the Settings → Mailbox view, you will be taken to the environment of the main settings, in which the following are available:

  • Configuring the display of messages;

  • Configuring the display of the list of messages on the page.

Through the Settings → Message display options, you will be taken to the main settings environment, in which you can access:

  • Configuring the display of messages;

  • Configuring interface behavior;

  • Customize emoji display.

 


Create messages

Through the Settings → Mailbox view, you will be taken to the environment of the main settings, in which the following are available:

  • Configuring the display of messages;

  • Font, attachments;

  • Customize emoji display.

  • Signature options;

  • Spell checking options;

  • Attachment names;

  • Local storage management.

 


Account details

Account setup is available in the menu item - Profiles in the main settings. After clicking on this control point, your profile will become available to you. You can set up your account:

  • Display name;

  • Organization;

  • Reply and forwarding mailboxes;

  • Add a signature to messages;

  • Manage encryption.

 


Templates

You can prepare one or several template responses to your letters, which are saved as the body of the letter. This function is available in the menu item -

Answers.

 

Encryption and PGP key

Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) is a cryptographic program that allows you to encrypt information in such a way that no one else can read or change the data. PGP encryption is a way to protect your information.

 


PGP Keys.

You can create your own find, manage, import and export PGP Keys in Manulmail. This function is available in the menu item -PGP Keys.

 

Advice. Private and private keys, as well as certificates related to encryption, must be stored in compliance with information security standards

 

Main Mail Manulmail Menu

The main mail menu is located to the right of the side menu, and is presented in the form of a list, which includes the following directories (folders):

  • Incoming messages;

  • Sent;

  • Drafts;

  • Basket;

  • Spam.

 


Manulmail Inbox

The specified folder contains a list of messages received through the Manulmail inbox. The letters themselves are displayed in the "Message List" field

 


Outgoing and sent emails

The specified folder includes a list of messages that have been sent or sent for processing to be sent to the addressee.

 

Note. These menu items (folders) have an indicator of received and sent messages that are displayed when a certain event is triggered.

 


Other folders

Other folders are also presented in the main mail menu:

  • Drafts. The directory in which letters are accumulated that were not sent and forcibly saved;

  • Basket. Stores previously deleted messages;

  • Spam. The directory that contains messages marked as spam and other junk mail.

 

Sending messages

To create a new message on the top navigation bar of the "Message lists" field, you must click the activeNew message button. After that, the page for creating a new letter will open. According to the generally accepted rules for the functioning of mailboxes of different services, you will be asked to fill in certain parameters:

  • Recipient's mail;

  • Subject;

  • The body of the message;

  • The attachment;

  • Other parameters.

After clicking the send button, the message is sent and a copy of it is moved to one or more of the above directories.

 

List of messages

The main field of the mailbox is “Message List”. It is presented in the form of a list of letters, a particular folder from the main mail menu. On the right side of the page, a message preview box is displayed. Below, under the list of messages, a navigation and pagination field is displayed.

 


Message management

Manulmail provides flexible email management functionality. The top navigation bar includes buttons:

  • Choose. Ability to select a message and deselect it;

  • Choose all. Ability to select all messages on the page and deselect;

  • Refresh. Updating the "Message Lists" field to reconnect with the mail server;

 

Note. The Message List field includes a search field that allows you to search for messages by keywords that may be contained in the body of the message, the name of the mailbox or the subject of the message.

 

The search field includes two functional buttons that are responsible for sorting messages:

  • Show unread messages;

  • Sorting options.

 

Advice. Each message in the list is also active, for a full view of the letter, you need to double-click on it.


Also, each item in the list can be marked as favorites. .

 

Log out

To log out of your account, in the browser, you can use the Logout button, which is located on the main side menu at the very bottom. In addition, this parameter is duplicated in an additional drop-down menu at the top of the page of the main mail menu of Manulmail.

 

Note. In order to comply with security standards, after a long inactivity on the page, Manulmail will automatically log out of your account in the browser.

 

Connecting Manulmail to the mobile app

Manulmail provides users with the ability to connect their email account to a number of popular email clients for mobile devices that support the POP3 / IMAP and SMTP protocols.

 


Connection Server

  • Incoming mail server: mail.manulmail.com

  • Outgoing mail server: mail.manulmail.com

 

Note. In most popular mobile clients, mail configuration is done automatically.
